The fees include participation to conference, admission to all sessions, the conference proceedings, lunches, the morning and afternoon coffees/refreshments, the conference gala dinner and cultural show and other complimentary benefits as announced in the conference website.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation of registration received before 10th August 2013 will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 170.
After that time no refund of registration fee will be paid.
