The EuroMed Research Business Institute is initiating a Symposium and Professional Development Workshop focusing on the Nexus between Academia and Business for which we invite your suggestions and contributions.  Our vision is for this ABC (Academia, Business, Consulting) Nexus to develop opportunities for active collaboration between business and academia that generates tangible commercial and academic value.  This symposium will bring together like-minded, qualified individuals, from both academic and business backgrounds, who seek to further develop this Nexus and actively contribute to it. The programme will consist of a carefully planned sequence of plenary and workshop sessions with invited speakers and animators.

We are currently planning both the content of the symposium as well as starting to shape the nature of the organization itself. With that in mind, we need to better understand and define the opportunity that this Nexus represents. In particular, we expect that collaboration can be expressed through a number of different expressions and initiatives.

In order to better understand your ideas and thoughts as to where best you can contribute to this effort, we have attached a feedback form that we?d appreciate your completing. We have kept the questions brief and are not expecting long and complex responses ? we do, however, want to get a good sense from you with regards to the program, where you feel you can contribute and some specific areas where we?d appreciate your ideas.
